Three Degrees of Change is owned by Cindy Guthrie. Ms. Guthrie has been a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) for ten years and has a Masters degree in Training and Development from Eastern Illinois University. Ms. Guthrie has worked in the Human Resources field for thirty years. She has experience in every aspect of the HR process, including policy development, writing handbooks, and developing recruiting plans and compensation programs and has been instrumental in the start up of three HR departments.
Ms. Guthrie has always had a passion for teaching and training managers to create the environment for people to succeed in their work lives. Three Degrees of Change was designed to introduce this concept to owners of small- and mid-sized companies and to coach individuals who are ready to achieve more in their lives. Through hands-on consulting services, professional development coaching, and management training, Ms. Guthrie assists companies in achieving higher levels of performance and productivity resulting in higher profits, greater customer satisfaction, and less employee turnover.
Ms. Guthrie has served in leadership capacities for several community organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, Rotary Club of Savoy, Rotary Club of Mahomet, and Rotary Leadership Institute. She has designed and facilitated management development programs for several corporations, taught college level classes, and taught workshops and seminars within the local business community and at the state level.
