People already have what they need inside them to succeed. Coaches help them identify, articulate, and develop desired behaviors to obtain their dreams. By holding the client accountable at a level designed by the client and the coach, the client is able to move forward.

At Three Degrees of Change we coach the whole person. This allows our clients to make improvements in their professional and personal lives. Coaching helps individuals develop the skills to choose and create what they truly want. Often, people know what they don't want. Co-active coaching works with individuals to help clients discover, define, and acquire what they DO want.

Group Coaching

Freshman HR Group Coaching

Brief Description:
Conference calls for novice HR professionals to learn from a veteran HR practitioner. New or inexperienced HR staff (or those who do HR by default) will gain deeper technical knowledge, increase their credibility, and become part of a safe community within which to network

Group Coaching Schedule:
Group coaching will occur telephonically, two times per month at set times, for 60 minutes. Participants chose from one of four session times. The group coaching program runs for four months, with options for extensions.

Number of Participants:
Sessions are limited to 8 participants.

Cost:
The cost is $49/month, payable in two installments of $98 each, plus the cost of a long distance call each session.

Before the Retirement Party-Non-financial Planning for Retirees

Brief Description:
Retirement is one of the biggest transitions an individual will ever experience. Most people concentrate on financial planning, ignoring how significantly the rest of their life will change. Retirement coaching provides guidance and support to help individuals begin to plan for t heir new way of living.

Group Coaching Schedule:
Retirement group coaching is scheduled on a bi-weekly basis, for two hours. The retirement group coaching program runs for eight sessions.

Number of Participants:
Sessions are limited to 12 participants.

Cost:
The program cost is $299.
